Busy Shipping Month for the maize milling machine in Jan2017

It is cold winter in Jan2017, the temperature in our city Shijiazhuang is from -5 to 5degree, in the northern places of China,such as Zhangjiakou city, it can come to-13degree! The first snowing started on the first week of Janin our city. A specialbeauty!

It was a busy month in Jan2017,everybody is working hard. When I am writing the
article, my workmate Mrs Vanisa is doing the shipping documents for one of my
Kenya customers, to ship the degerminator spare parts (degermer screen) for the
3ton/hr maize flour milling machine.

The production department have made the schedule for shipping and delivery for
every-week plan and every-day plan. We are loading containers every week ,thanks
for all of the hard-working staff in our factory.

On the first week of Jan, we have loaded the 10 ton/24h maize milling machine for
Nigeria client, according to the provisions,Goods to go to Nigeria needs to do the SONCAP to clear the customs. SGS officer inspected the goods before loading thecontainer and he checked all goods, all qualified for the inspection. In the next one week the SGS department have issued us the SONCAP certificate.

On the second week of Jan,40T/24H wheat flour mill and 60T/24H maize milling plant totally 5*40feet containers was loaded for Ethiopia customer. This customer had a fruitful meeting with our Ethiopia Office staff in Addis ababa, before this order, he came to China to inspection our factory and the flour milling machines in summer. This customer said to my team: “Thank you with your managing staff for the great welcome you gave to me. After my visit, I would like to tell you that I really trust you and your company.” Really appreciated for his support on our business and all of the work is going on smoothly.  

On the third week of Jan, we have loaded 40feet container for spare parts for Zambian’s maize  milling machine factory, APG milling in Zambia who have bought our maize  milling machine and 3000Tons silo. And 20feet container for 50pieces #rollers for rolling mills.

On the fourth week of Jan, another 40feet container is on the sea to Kampala Uganda for wheat flour milling machines and another 20feet container is on the sea to Mombasa Kenya by PIL for maize  flour milling machinery,which just take 35 days arriving in the port.

On the last week of Jan, we have started a new order of 150ton/24h maize milling machine for Zambia customer, our staff in factory is cutting the stainless steel sheet by the laser cutter with more high accuracy.  

Really appreciated for all of the support from our workmates who have arranged everything well about the shipping issue and Technician team, designer Mr Yu who have 15 years experience in the drawing design and can make KM CAD,AUTO CAD,3-D design etc and technician manager Mr Huang who have 36-years experience on the maize milling machine design and have done the project of 1500ton/24h maize  mill for South Africa, and 250 ton/24h maize  mill for Zambia and 250ton/24h maize  flour mill for Angola.
