The Gweru, Zimbabwe client ordered this 90T/24H maize milling machine from Hongdefa flour mill machine factory in 2015, and in 2016 it’s installed smoothly and started the production of maize grits.

For this 90T/24H maize milling machine, it use Japan technology degerminator, which can produce "super white" maize grits of different sizes. The moisture dampener is of two layer and stainless steel. In the milling section, it use Pneumatic roller mill, For the sifting, normally for big maize flour milling, we have different choices, plan sifter or double section sifters, for this client, we have made the special design for him as his workshop building is just about 7 meters. 14th October 2018 to 18th October 2018 in South Africa

The North west province, South Africa client ordered the biggest 3 sets 500T/24H maize flour milling machinery from Hongdefa factory in 2013.

For this 500T/24H maize mill machine factory, it is of six floor steel structure building. To make the maize milling machine into different floors, the cleaning section at the upper floor can get super clean raw maize, and after moisture it is good to move down to the milling section. In the cleaning section, we use Japan technology degerminator, which can produce "super white" maize grits of different sizes. The moisture dampener is of two layer and stainless steel.
