Our company #Hongdefa machinery and Zimbabwe have a very deep fate, in 2007 we set a branch office in Harare for supplying wheat flour mill machine and maize milling machine.

We know the main food for Zimbabwe people is Ugali, Sadza which are made by maize meal.

Our machines process maize into super white maize meal. The processing line from maize cleaning, damper, degerminator, roller milling, sifter, packing to control system. It can produce maize meal, grits , maize flour and bran.

In 2008, it was election. The political condition is not stable. The economic environment is particularly bad. We opened a bakery factory in Masasa industry zone. the price of loaf is 1.4-1.5USD for one piece. So many people were queuing for bread.

Business is very good, bu the inflation was becoming more and more serious. So we sold our bakkery factory, and move the branch office to Lusaka of Zambia.

Now Zimbabwe's economic development is very good, many people want to invest maize milling machine and wheat flour milling machine.

4th-10th, Apr, 2018 our team will visit Zimbabwe to meeting customers, visit the factory we have sold machines, ask the owner what need for us to do for the after service, and see how the machine works, help the client make more profits

2. Characteristics of  30T/24H maize milling machine

Prevent free water, an intensive Intermixing, dampener is used to control the water in the process of cleaning maize. In using the machine, the moisture of the supplies could be stable and well-proportioned, The maize is fed into the dampener through the front-end inlet. Water is sprayed into the maize near the inlet. Together with the separately added water, the maize is transferred from the end to the top of the machine by the mixing blades when intensive intermixing and water penetration by the rotor whirling system are achieved. The thoroughly dampened maize is discharged from the machine outlet.

 Degerminatiring remove all germ and peel    

Degerminator with Japan Technology and South Africa Experience, which is designed to scrub the bran skin from the maize Kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity, with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments.
