One of the customers, now we are very good friends, his story is very inspirational, I want to share with you here.

Do you know how sell yourself, if you can find a good product, many people need the product, the product not everyone dares to try, maybe you can make much money quickly and easily. Today I will give you a real example to show you how a man becomes a director of a company from a salesman. Maybe you have a maize milling or wheat flour milling factory large or small, or you do not have, but this story is worth reading.

In 2014, I sent an email about maize milling machine to a man, it is just a coincidence. In fact, he is not a business man. The pictures and video of new installation maize milling machine very nice, so he like our maize milling machine very much, he think there will be some customers who need maize meal in Kenya. He is not a business woman, but he is a worker in maize milling factory and he really have good knowledge of maize milling machine. He ask me the factory name which we just installed maize milling machine, we told he the name of factory, and send him the quotation of maize milling machine. He said it is expensive and said no, I can see he want to do a investment. I did not give up, I can see he want to install a set maize milling machine, but he do not have enough cash in hand at that time.

I contacted he after about 2 months, he still did not give me a reply. I contacted he after about 4 months, he still didn’t give me a reply, I still did not give up, after about 12 months, he gave me a reply, he ask me the 30T/24H maize milling machine and ask a details quotations. After 2 month he got loan from bank, he do the deposit, our factory arrange produce, On the other side, he started building the plant, on both sides, and he wanted to finish the project as soon as possible, and begin to produce. Because a lot of orders are waiting. 

In the aftermath, He told me what he did at this 12 month, he found partner, and build factory, earn money and loan from Bank. I ask he how he done those things in so short time. He told me he and his partners buy good quality bulk maize meal, and pack into smaller size sell to the supermarket, maize meal products welcomed by customers, he got many a lot of orders from supermarket. Most of their customers are from supermarket. They find there has big business in supermarket. They not only sell maize meal to supermarket, sure, they also sell cassava flour, wheat flour to supermarket. After about a year, they set up a company. And he become the director, they employ 6 salesman. Now he contact with me to order the 30T/24H maize milling machine, he said he can sell the maize meal, maize flour, maize grits produced by himself, he also said will enlarge his maize milling machine factory after one or two years and will start another project like big capacity maize milling machine.

How to come to China from Kenya to buy maize milling machine

The total cost for the round trips between Nairobi and Beijing is from USD720 to USD1500 depends on the different booking time and seat kind. The below cost is 10 days advance Economy seat booking for your reference only.

2, From Nairobi to Beijing via Qatar Airways, It will take 16h 30m via Doha Qatar. Here is the details:

From Beijing to Nairobi via Hamad Internation Airport in Doha Qatar, will take 17h 45m.

Three, take flight from Nairobi Kenya and fly to Beijing China

When you buy the air tickets, you just need to prepare yourself and take necessary luggage. If you will come to Beijing in Winter, please take some warm cloths, because the temperature in Winter is very low sometimes below zero degree. Before you come, you can check the temperature in China or ask us directly.

Then take your luggage, your passport, your visa, your tickets and some cash to the airport to take the choosing flight. Just make sure you are in the correct terminal and take the correct flight , then relax on the plane.

Pay more attention in the transfer airports and check in advance for the staying time to avoid the delay.

Once you are on the plane to Beijing, you can take a rest because it will be a long journey.

Four, Airport formalities:

Finally you landed in Beijing airport and welcome to China. Most time the international flight landed in T3 terminal. 

1) When you out of the plane, first need to pass the China Custom. There are two passageways, one is for Chinese citizen and another is for Foreign citizen. You need to take the foreigner’s way and queue up. The Customs officer will check your passport, visa and your Identity verification. Also will ask your some questions, just tell all the truth. 

2) Taking the light railway to the Luggage claim area.

There have the English broadcast to tell you which station you need to get off according to your flight number.

There have the marks to show how to find your luggage and where to find them. Most time you need to go downstairs and will see the different turntables take different flight luggage. Find your flight and wait there.  

3) Pass the last inspection:

After you got your luggage, take them and pass the last inspection. Do as the officer required. Sometimes you may be requested to open your luggage and they do the Manual inspection.Don't carry any dangerous things. If they ask your questions just tell them the truth. 

Finally after you pass the last inspection , you will be on the exit of the airport. Our people will wait for you here with your name card in our hands.

(3) By taxi, expensive but most convenient

lTime: about 1.5-2.5 hours, Cost: around 100 RMB (20 USD)

We recommend you the first way.

Estimate you would arrive in Beijing West Train Station at around 21:30-22:30

Then you can take the high speed train:

G8953, from Beijing West to Shijiazhuang, boarding at 21:33 and arrive at 23:06 totally 1:33 hours;

G6713, from Beijing West to Shijiazhuang, boarding at 21:40 and arrive at 22:55 totally 1:15 hours;

G6709, from Beijing West to Shijiazhuang, boarding at 22:05 and arrive at 23:18 totally 1:13 hours;

G8907, from Beijing West to Shijiazhuang, boarding at 22:10 and arrive at 23:30 totally 1:20 hours.

As it’s late when you arrive in Shijiazhuang, we will pick you up from Shijiazhuang Train Station to the hotel directly by car. Then next day morning we’ll pick you up from hotel to our office in downtown or to our factory in Zanhuang County.

3. After the long time flight, now you are in China Beijing Airport.After the airplane landing, first you need to pass the China Custom. In the Custom, there is different channels, at the top write, for Foreigner people, you need to come to this channel, and if the China Custom ask you some question, please reply the truth. 4. Normally the airplane is landing in 3^rd terminal, after the custom, you need to go to the down stairs to take a smart train,when you come down from the smart train, you need to look for your luggage and exit of the airport.

5. After you have your luggage, there is some luggage checking in the airport for exit.Just follow the rule is OK.

6. Now you are in Beijing Land. When you come outside, if you contact with Hongdefa before you come for buying the wheat flour mill machine, Hongdefa will send someone to pick you at the airport.Now you can look for him. If you come and no one pick you, you can come to the down stairs and look for the Airport shutter to Beijing west station, to take the fast train.
